I’ve had this problem for a couple of weeks now. My MacBook Pro 2017 shuts down at 90% and shows the plug charger sign and when I plug in the charger it restarts at 90%. I have reset smc and nvram but I still get the same thing. I can’t entirely drain the battery to recalibrate because it keeps shutting off at 90%. Yesterday it managed to get to 75% before shutting off. Attached the coconut battery info
