Why is my laptop GPU not being recognised by my laptop?

I opened my laptop to clean the dust and the fan etc. however I didn't take out the battery inside the motherboard and whilst i was cleaning it and I accidently dropped my screwdriver on near the GPU area and it caused an electric discharge and now that i turned the laptop on it doesn't even recognise my GPU and its using only integrated graphics card that came with the CPU. What i can do please help.[br]

Theres no physical dents or damages, only thing that happened was the electric discharge and the GPU no longer works or turns on (GTX 1650)[br]

I tried to fix it but i don't think i can since its probably a power issue where the power isnt going there if not maybe a discharge towards the GPU im not too sure, please answer anyone
