When i want to download something i want it to be placed in my D-drive. It is showing in “my computer” but once i click it, it wont open or do anything.

When i want to download something i want it to be placed in my D-drive. It is showing in “my computer” but once i click it, it wont open or do anything. It happend after i factory reset the laptop.
