Screen will power on, but no logo and or start up. It just blinks on and off on that same black screen. I have charged it fully. Tried the reset button and the power and volume holding at the same time and it will not go any further than the tablet turning on. Screen is still a black screen that blinks on and off. It never shows the start up logo or anything else with any type of words. It just starts up with the back screen. What can I do to fix this
