Don't know what type of IC it is. When searching for the p/n all I get is links to [https://www.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf/pdf/813092/MALLORY/PN6013.html|datasheets] for engines.
However I did find a [https://vi.aliexpress.com/item/1005003994834657.html?gatewayAdapt=glo2vnm|supplier] of the IC.
If you check the image in the link the part has the same information on it as the one you have. Shipping costs far outweigh the cost of the part however.
I found it by searching for ''PN6013 L43A2A12'' and it showed up in the [https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=PN6013+L43A2A12.+|image] results at the top of the page.
You may have better luck searching for other suppliers.
