I would say it depends not only on time - it depends on the how many times you are chargint it as well. 262 times in under a year is a massive amount od load cycles (IMHO). If you consider the max. 1.000 cycles Apple is advertising (and max. 500 cycles 3rd party sellers are giving) your battery seems to be quite fine for me.
