@vaishnavidevi, In my case it was a loose connector. Remove the back cover and check the cable which connects the charging port with the mainboard. You need to remove the cover of the mainboard around the camera to reach the connector. For details, see the tutorials, e.g. for changing the battery. It shows all the necessary steps.[br]
