Did you replace the battery following [guide|110038|the iFixit guide|new_window=true]? It's quite an involved process and there are a lot of places where something could be damaged if you aren't careful.
The measurement that stands out to me is the palm rest temperature of 50C (122F). This is way hotter than the rest of the laptop and I wouldn't expect that to be the case. I'm not 100% sure where this sensor is on the 2016 Retina Macbook, but it's typically in the trackpad assembly, so it may be worth trying to re-seat that connector (step 32 in the guide), and trying again.
Is there any other odd behavior you've seen with the laptop that isn't temperature related? Is it charging properly? Does the camera work in the photobooth app? Does WiFi work, and does it recognize USB peripherals? Any issues here could help narrow down the root problem
