Damaged interconnector - is it possible to replace?

Hi all, I have a damaged interconnector where it connects to the daughter board.
It looks as if a couple of pins are damaged and this seems to be preventing the phone from charging?
I had replaced the daughter board previously, which worked for a little while in allowing the phone to charge, but then stopped.
It could be that the daughter board alone needs replacing?
