I'm doing a bit of poking and much like @oldturkey03 mentioned, the schematics for the 820-01061 are not available.
But there will be a lot of correlations with the 820-00597, which we do have schematics for.
-Without burying my answer too far into this, I'm going to hazard that these are the same caps as the ones that are in proximity to the the Macronix Flash memory controller MX25L6473F also present on the the 00597. Which are ***1µF 6.3 Volts in a 402 package***.

If you want to deep dive on this, you can. The chip in question is actually the bootrom. Which is super important. Looking at the circuitry in the picture it's not actually connected to the chip. You can see two little vias on either side, which will lead to the other side of the board. You can try and follow them to try and confirm what part of the circuit this might belong to. Which might help to get more specific values. if you don't want to go based on my generalization.

But without doing all that work, I am still going to assume it's correlated. Even on the 00597 some bits go through to the other side of the board.
