@shauna42507 this "for less than a second and the sound will also pause" would related to the main board because it affects both audio and video. Check the LVDS cables, connectors for tears and frayed contact. Check the heatsink on the GPU as well as the memory IC's. I would try some freeze spray and see if that changes things. We will need to know the exact make and model for your TV and if possible take a look at the boar's as well. Post some good pictures of those with your question. Add them just like you added the video.
