Check if the auto gain setting is enabled in the Sound settings. If so try disabling it and check if this resolves the problem

Go to ''Menu → Sound → Auto Gain Control and select Off''

Have you verified that it is the TV Vol Up/Down button that is the problem and not the TV remote by removing the batteries from the remote control?
