1: It could be that the Xbox One X is overheated and so, it needs it's thermal paste (and thermal pads) replaced.
2: The power supply could be faulty causing this, and need to be replaced.
3: The front circuit board is faulty and need to be replaced.

First I would try option 1 (this is always a good thing to do, to replace those at time to time).

If that didn't worked, I would try option 2. If it's still causing the same issues then return the new power supply and get a refund.
And at last I would try option 3 to replace the front circuit board.
If all of those options didn't work and it's still turning off by it self, it's probably motherboard related... And so, then the motherboard need a replacement.

Hi Mark!
This could be caused by multiple things.
1: It could be that the Xbox One X is overheated and so, it needs it's thermal paste (and thermal pads) replaced.
2: The power supply could be faulty causing this, and need to be replaced.
3: The front circuit board is faulty and need to be replaced.

Good luck!
