@peteblun let's make the assumption that those boards are okay. What your screen is showing would be very unusual for a board issue but nothing with Toshiba is a surprise. Anyhow, at this time, since you pretty much replaced all the board already, the only thing left to assume is that this is a driver board (those long skinny boards that are permanently connected to the LCD screen) You know you are getting power to the panel but no data.
