@wongaone the 01400001 error code is a hardware code. I'd suggest you go ahead and replace the camera. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, use something like [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r1n64ou7c4A|this video] to work on it. Cameras are readily available at many online stores.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
