In this case yes as they are serviced as a single unit. I would also recommend changing the oil before replacing the turbo as well as the oil and coolant inlet and drain tubes.
You are going to be spending some money to replace this part on the car so it makes sense to do it properly or you will be doing it again at a greatly reduced lifespan and possibly a voided warranty on the turbo you purchase.
Order a replacement kit it comes with the oil and proper installation instructions gaskets, everything you need to perform this repair.

As always on the inside of the drivers door there is a sticker this sticker will tell you the exact month and year your car was manufactured. i.e 12/05 or 11/02 etc.
