Over a month ago I broke the screen of my Galaxy A50. When I took it apart to change it, almost all the antennas were damaged. Indeed, the previous owner must have done the same thing. But it reassembled with glue...including on the antennas. Obviously they got ripped off before I saw what was happening.
So I searched everywhere for the SM-A5005U A505F mid frame bezel houzing part. This is the part that carries all the antennas. I had only found one identical one in the world. She was in the USA. But I couldn't have it. So I'm looking for an alternative solution. Being French-speaking and being in Canada, when I find tutorials, I systematically see two antenna wires (white and red). One of them is connected to a particular antenna: Sub PBA-HB which looks like a small electronic card with component. I don't have it. According to my research, it would be dedicated to wifi and above all to 2G, 3G and 4G. This is tricky. When I look for it, I never find it here. It is mainly in Europe or supplied by China. It is certain that I run the risk of losing a lot of network compatibility.
I should be able to post a photo. [br]

Whether you see it or not, instead of this part, I have an antenna in the upper part which is on the same principle as the others. Circuit printed on flexible membrane. So I don't understand anything anymore. The mid frames dedicated to North America that are sold do not have it. And yet they are supposed to be compatible for here! You need an antenna! So, is there the equivalent of PBA-HB under another name?
Recently, to resolve the question, I told myself that I had to find a tutorial made in the USA. IFixit systematically took me back to their European version... with 2 wires... :(
But in the US version made by @zfix, there is only one like mine. Phew, my phone isn't an alien that comes out of nowhere.
So can anyone help me see this more clearly?
Thanks in advance.

Hi

A picture is worth 1000 words.

Here is the upper part of my frame (antenna side).

In what I circled in red is the remainder of the upper antenna. With an arrow I show how far it went. We see a piece of contact passing to the other side of the frame.

Here is the lower. 2 things to remember. First what is written on the antenna: SM A505U. So it's not an F which, I seem to remember, is made for European networks. Which seems to be confirmed by your link. It comes from Europe. You can also see that the shape of the printed circuit is different. The circuits are optimized for the frequencies of the networks used.

2 choices. Where I found a identical(I found one in the USA but the sale did not go through). Where someone explains to me what exactly this antenna above is used for and then how to replace it (sub HP... ?) if the simplest solution turns out to be to buy a frame which does not have this antenna above.

But thanks for taking the time to try to find a solution.
