Hi @aimtiger,

Have you tried using a different, known working compatible charger or charger cable and checked if the phone started to charge?

Use a strong light and a magnifying glass to check if the charge port is OK and not clogged with lint or other debris preventing a good electrical connection. Also check that all the connector pins are there and that they're not bent or missing etc.

If there is any debris in the port enclosure, use a vacuum cleaner to try and clear it. ''Do not'' use a metal pin or probe as you may damage the pins or cause electrical problems in the phone.

Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?
