Only find analogue channels

Today I installed my RCA  50" QLED UHD 4K Smart TV, Android.

Scanning the channels, it does not find the digital channels, only analogue. It is on cable. The Internet functions well. When I tried to connect to another TV on the same input, this TV found every channel as normal. What can be wrong, and can it be corrected?
