Hi @julio73694

If it is hard to manually rotate it could be a faulty idler pulley.

Here's a [https://www.partselect.com/PS11743765-Whirlpool-WP691366-Idler-Pulley-Assembly.htm?SourceCode=19&SearchTerm=11076822695&ModelNum=11076822695|video] that shows how to replace it that may help you to see if it is OK or not.

If the pulley is OK, try removing the belt from the drum and check if the drum rotates easily by hand, just to check that the drum bearings are OK and if so it seems as though there's a problem with the motor.

If you find the problem and it is a faulty part that needs replacing, here's the [https://www.searspartsdirect.com/model/4s4m6461zc-000582/kenmore-11076822695-dryer-parts|part list] for the model that is ''useful.''

Locate the wanted part in the list and you'll find the ''manufacturer's part number'' for the part listed with the part. Search online for the ''part number'' to find suppliers that suit you best.
