@bwalyamataka since your WiFi still works you may have issues on a component level. First you must rule out that this is a software issue.
First start your phone in safe mode. To place it in safe mode, use the Samsung instructions [link|https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/#:~:text=Start%20Safe%20mode%20while%20your%20phone%20is%20turned%20off&text=Turn%20on%20the%20device%20and,left%20corner%20of%20the%20screen.|from here|new_window=true] Once in Safe mode give it a try and see if it works now. If so, you know that you have a bad 3rd party App on your phone. It will not tell you which one so you will have to delete one after the other until you find the one that causes this issue.
If it does not get better in Safe mode, it is not an App etc. and you can exit safe mode.
Check the Bluetooth firmware version of your phone by dialing ****#2663#*** and see if it shows up properly. ******Anything after that would lead me to having to check the components on the board. Looks like your phone is a SM-G977. There are no free schematics out there but you can can get them through fee-for-service $$
