Please try resetting the network settings. This will revert your phone's network-related settings to the original state. It wipes saved Wi-Fi connections, Bluetooth devices, and VPN configurations on your phone. Everything must be set up from scratch.
Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset Touch Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth > RESET SETTINGS
Touch RESET SETTINGS
Try to reconnect to Wi-Fi, cellular data, and Bluetooth, or try to share your Internet connection again.
