Truck acts like its not getting full power it runs but after a while of running and it sits for 10 minutes it won't start back up unless you let it sit for a while. Kinda acts like its flooding. Also the fuel gauge will work then won't then when you fill it up it works but after a little bit goes back to empty then sometimes back to working. I have replaced the TPS and Idle air control sensor. What am I missing here? Any help much appreciated. BTW it's a 2000 dodge Dakota quad cab 4.7 magnum V8
