I have a big issue. I have been cheated by a crook and need help from a Mobile Expert . At time of Lockdown , I joint the new company at that time work from home was compulsory and unfortunately , my lenovo mobile was not working and so in hurry , I had to purchase 2nd hand samsung Galaxy a03s model A037F, from chor bazaar in byculla , i hope so you know very well about chor bazaar in Mumbai. Mobile was running good for 2 months, then after I suddenly got KG finance Lock on my screen . While purchasing I did not have any knowledge of the kg lock system, I went through the YouTube videos and then I came to know that this is a loan mobile and Samsung have introduced a new system to lock the phone if a customer doesn't pay the premium amount. I have been trapped and cheated , I have lost my money , I can't use this phone , So what is the solution to this? I want to get rid of this lock . please guide
