What resolutions were you getting with Win 7 32-bit?
According to the specifications, the AIO uses onboard video i.e. ''Intel Media Accelerator 3150'' integrated in the Intel D525 CPU.
This only supports resolutions of up to 1366 x 768 for internal LVDS connections.
This is also the native resolution of the AIO display.
