iPhone stuck at log in page and doesn't accept any account

I want to know if it's still possible for me to fix my iPhone. I can still charge it, and after turning it on, it will ask you to set up something like connecting to Wi-Fi and logging in to your Apple account. I already typed the correct account information, it will load momentarily and go back to the login page. there's no option to skip it or do it later. I also tried creating a new account, but it still doesn't work. It will redirect me to the login screen.
