Unfortunately what has happened here is fatal. Your Logic Board more than likely got fried by static. You will need to replace the logic board.

But, if you want to confirm (and I would recommend this), connect the Mac to an external display, shut down the Mac, and restart it with the lid closed. Wait for the Mac to boot. If it can boot on the external display, then it is going to be hard to determine if the Logic Board is broken, or the display itself. Really, the only way to test it is to get a new logic board, and see if the problem persist. So, I would recommend getting a replacement on eBay with a returns available. So, if the new logic board does not improve the situation, you can return it.
