Screen problem, any suggestions?

Hi,

So I decided to revive my iPod after years sitting in my drawer. I replaced the battery and it worked fine, I can get it connect to iTunes and copy music. However the screen looks not normal anymore, it has negative color when you look straight but if I try to change the view angle then the color is ok. So is this the problem of the lcd or the logic board? I don’t mind order replacements but just need to find out the correct issue.

Any suggestions what I should do? Thank you.
