I have a ***ScanSnap iX500.*** I am getting a message from the ScanSnap manager which says, ***"An error in the optical system"***. I have tried all of the suggestions for resolving the issue which included cleaning the glass inside the scanner, and everything else that was suggested in the problem-solving suggestions. However, none were successful, and I am still unable to scan and keep getting above mentioned message. I am looking for a local repair shop in the Miami Florida area ZIP Code 33155 where I could take my scanner to be fixed. Can anyone suggest a repair shop.
