Here's the troubleshooting section from the [document|33330|service manual] that may help.

Go to p.7 (of 40) to view the ''Power On'' troubleshooting flowchart.

The board layout diagrams are on p.5. Use the search function of your browser to locate the parts mentioned in the flowchart (you may have to zoom in a lot to see them)
