Seems as though the piezo ignition device in the lighter, which creates the spark, has failed.
Here's a [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5cqJbY_3MdI|video] that may help. It shows in general where the piezo ignition component is installed. I realize that it may not be your model but the principle of operation is the same.
Unfortunately I haven't been able to find any replacement parts for your lighter, you may have better luck.
