iMac 20 late 2006 power on failure

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

Hi everyone,

I have a question about iMac intel 20 late 2006.

The cap on logic board can make a power on failure?

The display remains black , no sounds, all led on, three diagnostic LEDs and front LED, fan running...

I replace ram, reset the SMC and replace Power Supply from from an other imac , disconnect all device: hd, airport and bluetooth card, Optical Drive, nothing.

I tested Inverter Assembly and LCD...Nothing.

The logical boadr seems to be out of order.

Observing logic boadr I have found some caps, can make a power on failure like imac G5?

Thanks to all.

P.S.

sorry for my bad english :(
