Bosch Fridge Freezer, freezer not getting below -1 deg C

Have a Bosch KGN 33V60GB/01. The fridge is fine, but the freezer only getting to -1 deg c. Have checked the coils inside near defroster, and they aren't frozen (but pipe from I assume condenser to coils is frozen up, just on the pipe for a few cm, then nothing. The rest isn't frozen where the autodefrost would be.
I can hear the fan when the door is closed. Compressor is hot to touch (almost too hot to touch). If I feel the condenser coils on the back of the fridge they aren't hot at all at top or on the rhs or anything. So it feels like the condenser is working hard, but not a lot else happening maybe ?
