How can I flash my LG watches's system?

I inherited an old LG watch which I would like to revive. I have been told that I could just flash its system BUT...

* it is not recognized by my computer which does not see it,
* while on charge, the watch's screen only display the charging screen and the LG screen and although I swipe this screen several time in any possible direction, nothing changes...

Any ideas?
