It sounds like your RAM isn't connected to the device properly. You should remove the stick(s) of RAM, and check that the stick(s) aren't damaged at all. Ensure they're both in good condition, and don't have any residue, cracks, or chips. Also, check that the connectors are in good condition, with no residue, cracks, or chips. Re-insert the RAM carefully, and attempt to start the device again. Good Luck.
