If it still no good after a factory reset then it seems to be a hardware problem.
You could try testing the WiFi using the [https://www.hardreset.info/devices/samsung/samsung-galaxy-note20-ultra-5g/codes/|test codes] (see ''*#2683662# - Advanced Service Mode) t''o check if it is OK or not and that it may still just be a software problem (reinstall the firmware?), but if it still no good, then you may have to open the phone and do board level troubleshooting using the [https://mobileschematics.com/product/samsung-galaxy-note-20-ultra-5g-verizon-service-manual-samsung-sm-n986u-service-manual/|service manual]¹
¹ The service manual supplier link is an example only, there are others that may suit you better. Also I couldn't find a free download online. You may have better luck.
