Touchscreen is always white/green and switch on/off itself.

Also, when I try to touch the screen no answer or screen change. I tried to push volume and power button for reset Android or change the above status, but nothing happens. I have no idea if this depends by motherboard, video chip or what else. I noted that several forums S20, much people had same problem but not an affordable clear solution was available. Any help?
