My iPhone xs screen isn't working

My screen lights up but doesn't display anythin so I decided to replace the screen. The replacement screen doesn't come on, I've tried 3 different screens and also right now the old screen doesn't light up again

I think the problem is from the battery cause it looks a bit swollen ad kinda punctured too. I already ordered for a replacement.[br]
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot or any possible solution?
