It looks like you Unfortunately neglected to disconnect the battery, very possible you shorted the display ic (forgetting the proper name for the part)
I'm my experience you can purchase a new motherboard from aliexpress as a board repair of that caliber would likely cost more than a replacement.
Always ensure to unplug the battery on repairs as well as plugging it in last when possible.
