For this repair, I’d start with a DIY video [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_jAk7MedRs|like this] As you can see you don't even need to heat the back cover. Straight forward repair. Replacement displays are readily available at many online stores [https://www.amazon.com/Motorola-Pure-Replacement-XT2163DL-Digitizer/dp/B0BKWGFW9P/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=240372SLUAKXX&keywords=motorola+g+pure+screen+replacement&qid=1707056475&sprefix=Motorola+G+Pure+screen%2Caps%2C132&sr=8-1-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGY&psc=1&smid=A2QNSTGV3G9AC|like this] and are not very expensive. Get one with a mid frame attached so you will not have to try to remove the old screen from your old midframe. It'll make this work straight forward. You can do it!

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
