I had the same issue in my 07 1500.  What finally fixed mine was reflashing my truck.  I asked the local dealer to do it and they wanted to do a bunch of diagno$tic$.  I remembered that I have a Bullydog GT tuner and used that to reflash my truck.  If that had not worked I was getting ready to change the TIPM.  I fought this for 6 months B4 the fix.
