@titanking707 - ***Short Answer***: The BMS (Battery Management System) board is shot.
The BMS board, is What the battery uses to communicate with the rest of the system, For example.
* Battery Percentage.
* And letting just enough power through to the system, as it needs it.
* And holds battery cycles.[br]
If the BMS is shot, It can't let the battery give any power through to the system, rendering the battery dead.
I recommend, talking to customer support as, A new battery's BMS board shouldn't be dead this soon.
