-Not Charging / Won’t Power Up / Low mA Draw
+iPad Pro 11” not powering on or charging

-Good evening. My iPad Pro 11 (2nd Gen) will not power on or charge. With the logic board in the tablet I get a 0.1 mA draw with the battery isolated and a 0.5 mA draw with battery making contact. I get the same 0.1 mA draw with the logic board out of the tablet and nothing else connected.
+Good evening. My iPad Pro 11 (2nd Gen) will not power on or charge. I see a 0.5 amp draw as soon as a charger is plugged with the battery disconnected.
-I see no obvious signs of failure of any component and the USB C connector has been changed.
+There’s an IC (343S00235) that is getting extremely hot as soon as the charging cable is plugged in. I see no obvious signs of failure of any other component or any other hot spots.
-I have a couple questions and if someone can assist I would appreciate it.
-
--Does anyone have a power schematic of any sorts?
-
--Is the USB C controller on this mode the CD3217B12 IC? If so, could this be the possible culprit?
-
-Thanks again.
+Any ideas? IC failure or am I missing another culprit?
