I experienced a similar no sound problem as described above with my Jabra 65T.
My right channel earbud was producing NO Sound.
My left channel was working correctly.
I tried all of the usual fixes documented On-line with no success.
Several years ago ( 2020-ish ) I had a problem with one of the channels producing NO sound.
-I remembered that I found a fix On-line which used a paper-clip inserted into the tiny hole on the backside of the ear-bud adjacent to the two power connectors, and pressed in lightly and then removed. It appears to me that the hole is a reset port for the ear-buds and is present on both right & left earbuds.

This worked for me and I now have both channels working.
