Missing resistors after battery replacement

Hello!

I've replaced the battery in the phone and after booting I find that the phone is not charging properly (basically the phone has no info about the battery capacity) and also reboots occasionally (once every 2-3 minutes during charging). On closer inspection, I found that I had accidentally removed some resistors (red crosses in the picture) when unplugging the battery connector.

So I googled a bit and found info that the phone might possibly work without some of them. Also if I put jumper on 1 slot (1 on pic) it will solve my problem, so I did. Now the phone can see battery charge and doesn't restart while charging.

But some glitches occur: the phone can read battery capacity and it fullness only after i restart it (While it's charging u can't see percentage increasing or decreasing when in use. It just freezes). And I had a couple of restarts after 5 - 10 mins when trying to watch youtube. However, when I'm not using heavy apps it works just fine. So my question is: Is it possible to fix the phone without going to a service centre?
