Did you put the batteries in backwards, or like in my case accidentally put 12V batteries instead of 1.5V ones in it, its fu##ed, because the cubes proccesor got fried. you can buy a set of cubes for 20$ at digitaldreamlabs: https://ddlbots.com/products/cozmo-replacement-cubes
