Hi, I had the same problem: Main Brush stuck (Error 2)
Initially I obviously cleaned all the components, the side brushes and the main brush, but it kept giving me the same error. So I called customer service, and they told me to try a reset, but that didn't work, so they told me I had to take it to repair.
I didn't take it to repair because in the meantime I thought maybe some hair got stuck inside the main brush, right in the inner pads, so in places not visible from the outside.
I didn't want to risk opening the main brush and breaking it, so I bought a [link|https://amzn.eu/d/hQgC5zm|replacement brush|new_window=true] on Amazon for about €12 (not original because you can't find them except in the complete kit that costs €60) and now it works properly.
