Hi iFixers. I have a couple of Raspberry Pi 3B+ boards that are fully functional but don't detect and therefore don't show any picture over HDMI. It's not a software bug and the connector is fine. I'd appreciate any hints on what chip controls HDMI output on those boards - maybe I'd be able to replace it

After spending some time examining things around on the board I believe the fault might be due to the IC pictured below or the components to the right. Does anyone know what those are? Any hints would be greatly appreciated ๐๐ป

And one more weird detail - on the marked pin I get around 3V on the faulty boards instead of around 1,1V on a healthy one - what might cause this? Is this still that HDMI05-CL02F3 chip?
