Touch screen not working after battery replacement

Hello.
Today i changed the battery on my Mi11 for the second time ( the first that i bought somewhere else was not good). Everything went perfectly fine the first time.
Today, after installing the 3rd battery, when i reassembled the phone, the touch screen was not working. I disassembled again and noticed that the touch screen ''started working again'' as soon as i loosened the screws on the right side of the motherboard cover.
I was able to replicate this a few times ( screen functioning without the cover screwed, and not when it was correctly screwed).
I then decided to re disassemble everything and start over to be sure... but now the touch screen doesnt work anymore, I am not sure which main connection is responsible for the touch screen, but I checked every cable and couldn't find an issue or any damage.
Any help is appreciated.
