Alright, I've got this old thing that was given to me by a family member to try and repair last time I saw them, unfortunately, said family member has since passed, making this computer, the last thing they gave me.
I want to repair it, I was already working on it and such, but now I feel even more determined to repair it.
I've figured out some problems already, my main issue is getting replacement parts from a good source, I don't want a battery that dies in 20 minutes for example. The problem is, this is something that was made over a decade ago, so kinda hard to find replacement parts.
So here I am, hoping that you guys with your wonderful knowledge may be able to help point me in the right direction at least.
The computer itself is a G73SW Model, the battery is long since dead, the charging port is dying, the charger's protective covering is cut, exposing the wires(dog and 2 cats in the house). Not to mention the keyboard, which is, well, let's just say it's in ''pieces''. The touchpad may also need to be replaced.
All in all I need: Battery. Charger. Charger Port. Keyboard.
